I’m a Customer Success leader who believes discovery in CS isn’t the same as in sales. Sales are use cases focused, CS uncovers outcomes. When I’m not mapping customer journeys, I’m somewhere between a Freudian slip and Winnicott’s intermediary space, trying to make sense of human contradictions. My playlists jump from Bad Omens to Lana Del Rey to Blaudzun, because emotions don’t follow neat frameworks either. I like strategies that scale, conversations that matter, and stories that sound a little too honest.
